8. The Internet has so much information. In 1,000 years, you couldn't read everything online. But I feel like I've spent 1,000 years trying to do one thing online: find contact information. I don't know how many times I've gone to a site to find a physical address and/or a phone number, and it wasn't there. All of the services/products are there, the Like button and the Twitter link are there, but the contact information isn't there. Usually, even after digging through page after page on the site, I still can't find that information. Why doesn't every site display this information prominently on its homepage?

And who, in my opinion, is the worst (best?) at hiding its contact information? Google, the King of All Information! Google should be called, if you're looking for their contact information, ForgoogleAboutIt! Over the years, I've had so many questions for Google, but I've never known where to submit them. I was online recently digging for this information when I came across another human with the same request. Five people had responded to his query, but none of them knew Google's contact information. The year of his query and the unhelpful responses? 2009! I'll bet the poor guy still doesn't know. Instead of Do No Evil, Google's motto should be Don't Bother Us! 7.6, 220
