431. She was the prettiest girl he'd ever seen. He was in love. It was love at first sight. It was fate. It was his fate to have seen her. It was going to be their fate to get married, have children, and live happily ever after. He sat down next to her in the college cafeteria. He introduced himself. Then he asked, "What's your major?" She said, "Nursing." He said, "That's great. You can work anywhere in the country as a nurse." She said, "Yes. After I graduate next year, I'm going to work at Bellevue Hospital in New York City." He asked, "Why there?" She said, "My boyfriend's a resident there. He'll be a surgeon when he finishes his residency. We're getting married next year." So much for fate, he thought. He asked, "You don't happen to have a twin sister, do you?" She said, "Why yes, I do!" 2.3
